RCJY APARTMENTS COMPOUND

Apartments compound for the Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY).

SOMAC’s work consisted of the procurement and construction of an apartment compound. This included two family apartment buildings, one bachelor apartment building, one service room, two substations and associated site development. Works covered all site preparation activities including the construction of new roads, parking areas, walkways and utilities such as water, sewage, surface storm run-off, electricity, telecommunication and LAN, public address, security camera systems (CCTV), HVAC systems, thermal and moisture protection, elevators, handicap accessibility, special architectural features, fire detection, fire protection, etc.
