MEDICAL STAFF HOUSING UNITS

Medical staff housing units for the Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu (in association with OSG).

SOMAC’s work consisted of the procurement and construction of 7 three-storey buildings each with a gross building area of 1,128 square meters containing 6 apartment units. Works included all utilities such as water, sewage, and storm drains, power, lighting, telecommunications and HVAC networks / systems. The project’s scope also included all related external infrastructure works (civil and telecommunications systems, external paving…)
